Stir-fried beef with eggs and tomato sauce
Beef: 150 gram (cut into pieces)
Chicken powder: ¼ tsp
Ketchup: 1 dinnerspoon
Spring onion: 1/2tsp (small cut)
Sago flour: 1/2tsp
Cooking oil: 1 dinnerspoon
Chopped garlic: 1/2tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Mushroom: 10 gram
Salt: ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (for decoration)
Cut each tomato into four pieces and remove seeds, then scald in boiling hot water and dry.
Beat the egg well, fry in a frying pan, then set aside.
Heat the frying pan and pour the oil into it, toss the mixture of chopped garlic, spring onions and mushrooms and stir-fry until sweetly fragrant.
Add stock, ketchup, sugar, salt, chicken powder, and tomatoes into the pan and cook until simmering.
Toss beef and fried eggs, then vinegar and sago flour and stir-fry until reduced.
Place the fried beef with eggs onto the plate. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
